Sweet Moroccan Carrot Salad
Adapted from the recipe of Zahara Ait Ben Hmad
4 carrots, washed and peeled and grated finely
1-2 apples, washed and peeled and grated coarsely
A dab of sugar or honey, to taste
A splash of water
Combine all ingredients and mix, adjusting for sweetness. Best to let it sit for a while before serving, as the juice from the apples will mix in better this way (if you have juicy enough apples, you will need very little water and sugar for this one).
